  1. Please completed the below "VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM" 

  2. Mail your confirmation (should receive via email) along with your check** 

    • In the amount of $350 made payable to City of Lynchburg to:
      *Registration includes a catered lunch and drink (additional lunches are $11.00).

  • Exhibits will be open to participants during the entire event from 8:00 until 3:30. 

  • Please provide your door prize upon arrival as they will be given away throughout the day.

PLEASE NOTE:
You must have a verifiable license (if license is required) and be registered on the STATE OF VIRGINIA OCS SERVICE FEE DIRECTORY in order to register for this event.  We will honor registrations on a first come, first served basis.  Exhibitors agree to assume all responsibility for any loss, damage or injury that they sustain or cause, and they shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Lynchburg. There are no registration refunds.  There will be no electricity or wifi available.  Heritage High School is a public school and therefore, a smoke-free campus.
