We are planning for even more participants than last year as we continue to select speakers and trainers to make this a much talked about and eagerly awaited event.

Mail your confirmation (should receive via email) along with your check**
in the amount of $50 made payable to City of Lynchburg to:

3. DETAILS:

Approximate lunch time:
11:30am – 2:30pm (actual times finalized prior to event)

PLEASE ARRIVE IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR SETUP AS LUNCH MUST START ON TIME (Attendees need to be encouraged to arrive to afternoon sessions on time).

Attendee Vouchers:
-
Each of the approx. 300 JRCC event attendees will be given a $10 voucher for the purchase of their complete meal (including drink).

Vendors will turn in their vouchers at the end of the event for payment.

JRCC attendees may purchase extra items or meals at their own cost, but vouchers may NOT be used for extra items or extra meals.

Vendors Responsibility: responsible for bringing their own food, supplies, power, and ability to provide meals during inclement weather.
Confirmation of registration will be sent via email. Additional information will follow as the event draws closer regarding set up times, parking, and number of registrants.

PAYMENT MUST BE SENT WITH YOUR REGISTRATION.
